Employer brand agency SMRS had devised a campaign for EE which involved hearing authentic stories from people who had chosen a career in the retail organisation. It was essential to get a balance and varietty in the people we spoke to - from new starters to experienced hires who reskilled later in life.
We shot in Manchester, Bristol, Stockport and London over a number of days - filming at night when the stores were closed. Gathering content is part of the fun of projects like this and our director worked hand in hand with photograohers to tag-team action shots of colleagues at work.
Incorporating the brand elements was important in producing a series of films that fitted in perfectly with all other existing brand material.
