We were tasked to create a series of informal ‘testimonial’ edits where we hear stories of a variety of people who have shaped their careers at NNL. The people featured covered two areas: Firstly, established personnel - professional services and engineering, PM and IT roles. Then the second group of people were graduates and apprentices early in their careers.
We incorporated the overall campaign look into the film assets by shooting all interview content in a studio, then placing people within circular shapes featured in the brand. Key words and phrases within the edits were picked out and written on screen in the same style using the circles and coloured backgrounds.
Overall, the production was based around a two day shoot and we were able to create 15 individual testimonial films with several cutdowns of each for social use in a number of formats. So, from one carefully planned production, we delivered 120 finished videos!
