The format of the video series followed the existing training manual and was designed to give the learner a choice of whether to read or watch contnet when training. In total, we created thirteen modules of around 3-5 minutes in length which covered everythign from how you should dress to more advanced sales techniques such as cross selling.
Training material is vital for a retailer in ensuting their workforce acts in a consistent way. Creating video for an internal audience is one of our specialities and we always make sure we think about the right tone of voice. In this case, getting Store Managers to talk about The Dune Experience in their own words added a real aithenticity to video modules.
