Sometimes simplicity is best. Over four days we interviewed a diverse array of people from the NAO
over two of their sites in London and Newcastle. Shot against a light backdrop, we got members of the team to address the camera and find ways of describing everything that happens. It became clear that this wasn’t just a bunch of ‘bean counters’ but people who work in all manner of places to bring value and accountability in every part of our lives. Exciting stuff.

Employer brand agency SMRS set out the aim for the project – to create a headline film to describe the NAO then open out the shoot to capture a series of individual people stories for extra content in the recruitment site. We eventually created twenty indivdual edits with some wonderfully engaging and candid stories from team to watch. Great content and a great way to find out more about an organisation that has so much influence.
