The skill is interviewing people to gather the right level of content from both long and short form edits. Over three days at Nestlé offices and factories we interviewed over thirty people to get their stories. A combination of graduates, apprentices and experienced team members contributed to the video series. Often filming in-situ around the offices or by the production line, we could then select the content to match the brief for each edit.
This production resulted in 1 main recruitment film, over 30 individual people stories with greater detail, a series of films all about the Nestlé Academy and then website and social media versions of the Diversity and Inclusion film.
We love the moving image. In fact, we have a passion for it. Big or small screen and wherever your viewers watch, it is an irresistible opportunity to fill a space with colourful pictures and words, to make a statement and say something.
